Colours, Specifications and Dimensions of Products :
We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. Therefore, no return request or complaint on grounds that "My product does not look similar to the one shown online" will be entertained once the order has been shipped from our side.
Exchange policy :
In conformity with our actual policy at our Scarabee shops, we accept an exchange within 8 working days from delivery of your order. The item has to be in excellent condition and the exchange can only take place at our premises in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Cancellation of order :
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible to scarabee@emirates.net.ae We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request but please consider that our dispatch process is very quick and once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled until the product has been returned to us. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us within 8 working days and at your own expense. Reimbursement in cash to your address will take place within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the product in good condition.
